Crafting is Fun! values every customer and respects their privacy. Customer information is collected for the sole purpose of providing better customer service. We will not sell or rent customer information to third parties.

Order Information

Order confirmations are sent to the email address provided upon our customers' order. To check the status of an order, please email orders@craftingisfun.com
International orders are accepted; however, please contact info@craftingisfun.com before placing an order to get shipping information.
Orders usually ship out two to three days from time of receipt.

Billing

We accept the following credit card types online: Visa, Master Card, and American Express.
Orders delivered within the State of Hawaii will be charged a 4.712% tax on the total product purchase.
Orders delivered from our LA warehouse will be charged a 9.25% tax for residents who reside within the State of California.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (excludes gift cards).

Please note that painting surfaces items have different shipping charges. Therefore, once we receive your order, we will email you with the adjusted total.
Orders that require Express Shipping and Handling will be charged an additional $20.00 to their total shipping cost. Express orders will be shipped via FedEx.
An email will be sent to you, when an address is provided, on the day your order is shipped out. It will include a tracking number that will enable you to determine the exact date your package will be delivered.

Returns & Exchanges

We at Crafting is Fun! take pride in providing our customers with quality products and services. Merchandise in its original condition or with a manufacturer's defect may be returned for a full refund or a merchandise exchange. A copy of the refund & exchange form (included with your shipment) is required for refunds and exchanges. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for return shipping charges and/or original shipping charges, unless an error was made on our behalf. Be sure to send the merchandise back to us using insured or tracking mail services.

Online purchases can also be returned or exchanged at any one of our Ben Franklin Crafts Hawaii stores however, items purchased at our retail locations cannot be returned or exchanged online. At this time Craft Club members will not be able to receive craft club discounts on purchases made online.

We only offer wholesale pricing for our products under The Mountain Idea. Unfortunately, we do not process online orders of this sort.
